Our Leadership

Raised in Wichita, Kansas, Quinn’s journey reflects a deep commitment to spirituality, community service, and positive impact. He graduated from the University of Kansas Honors program with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Minor in French, then served as a Lutheran (ELCA) missionary in Cameroon for two years, teaching English and providing HIV/AIDS counseling and education.

Quinn continued his studies at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, California, where he completed an internship as a vicar for a bilingual congregation in Mexico City. His experiences abroad strengthened his commitment to global outreach and health education. After earning his Masters of Divinity, he moved to Oklahoma to care for his ailing stepfather, which shifted his career focus.

In Oklahoma, Quinn earned certifications to teach chemistry, biology, and English language arts. He later joined Putnam Heights Academy, an alternative public high school, where his passion for mentorship and creating a supportive learning environment flourished. After meeting his wife Pearl, Quinn returned to ministry within the UCC.

Quinn and Pearl share their home with their cat Buster and rescue ball python, Sven. Quinn enjoys cooking, oil painting, and SCUBA diving, and together they love the outdoors, games, and travel.
